All American Washer Werks is a family owned business founded in 1995 by the father & son duo, Fred Neumann, and Mike Neumann. Together they bring over 80 years of experience in the washer industry. Their attitude of “Small enough to care, big enough to serve!” is forefront.
Fred and Mike understand that their customers need a quick turn around on delivery, competitive prices and a quality product. Their 66,000 sq ft facility located in Mundelein, IL is able to do just that. The American manufacturer makes all its tooling in house, carries over 5,000,000 Ibs of material and has press’s ranging from 3 tons all the way to 250 tons.
Here at All American Washer Werks, we specialize in Flats: shims, fenders, spacers, spring, and Washers: terminal cup, thru-hardened, gaskets. Belleville, 1 wave, 3 wave formed: cupped & dished and many specialty per print items to specs. We are able to stamp metallic & non-metallic materials and are capable of thicknesses ranging from .005 – .500″. We also cater to both high & low volume requirements.
